Architecturally designed residential dwelling
Narani Cres, Earlwood
Project : We had worked with Con from MiCorp Builders on a few projects before he asked me to prepare a proposal for additions and alterations to their family home. It soon became evident that the little existing cottage would not realise their expectations and the brief morphed into a new large house on the site.
Given their Greek and Italian heritage, we chose to create a modern interpretation of Mediterranean architecture, with cantilevering cubic forms.
There is a large carport that also acts as shed and workshop, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a family room large enough for a billiard table, Lining, Kitchen and Dining.
THA prepared Design and Approval & Working drawings. Con took great care in the construction and whilst we had some minor consultation role.
Date : Completed 2008
