Architecturally designed residential terrace renovation
Station St, Newtown
Project : Sandra first asked us over to redesign her kitchen. This was a classic response to trying to fix a fundamental problem with a cosmetic solution. The real issue was it had a very low ceiling for a large open space that felt claustrophobic, and relied purely on a central skylight to bring any natural light in. Furthermore, the previous renovation had squeezed the width of the space by double-teaming a WC and Laundry with the Living area, making both uncomfortably narrow.
We proposed a larger renovation that would solve these issues whilst adding a new east facing Master Bedroom to add value to the property
An attic was also formed into the existing roof space with a rear roof addition to add head height.
We fully documented and tendered the project and then followed through to completion with Contract Administration.
